Eleanor is a current PhD student having graduated with a first-class BA and MSci in Biochemistry. Her research work focuses on cellular senescence and the involvement of p53. In adition to heracademic research, Eleanor is a keen science communicator and has been the sole creator for the YouTube channel “The Sheekey Science Show” for more than 2 years. The show has now accumulated an audience surpassing 15K. Eleanor's role combines her enthusiasm for graphic design and learning about the latest trends and developments in longevity, skills which she brings to Healthy Longevity Guide.

Victor Björk
Victor Björk is a molecular biologist and has been interested in aging research for over a decade. He is a director of Heales, a Brussels-based NGO that focuses on aging and many other groups involved in Longevity. He has previously worked at two leading companies in the aging field, BioAge labs in San Francisco and Ichor Therapeutics in New York. He maintains a strong interest in the specific business challenges of the aging industry. Victor focuses on the content of our platform and on creating a strong portfolio of high-quality products from verified partners.

Agnieszka is a biochemist with 10 years of laboratory experience, science popularizer and troubleshooter. She is experienced in event organization and social media management thanks to her involvement in the EuroSTEMPeers student organization. She is a keen public speaker and got into science popularization by means of the science SLAM at Masaryk University and as a "scientist for hire" at the SkypeAScientist platform. Ana has over 20 years of consultancy experience in longevity, regenerative and precision medicine. She has a multifaceted understanding of genomics, molecular biology, clinical biochemistry, nutrition, aging markers, hormones and physical training. This background allows her to bridge the gap between longevity basic sciences and evidence-based real interventions, putting them into the clinic, to enhance the healthy aging of people. She is co-founder of Origen.life, and Longevityzone. Board member at Breath of Health, BioOx and American Board of Clinical Nutrition. She is Director of International Medical Education of the American College of Integrative Medicine, Professor in IL3 Master of Longevity at Barcelona University and Professor of Nutrigenomics in Nutrition Grade in UNIR University.
